The Love Islander says he feels "baffled" by the Made In Chelsea star's accusations, saying he's not heard from the police - and he still feels "gutted" their romance didn't work out, given he claims not to have cheated. "She also said she had video of me attacking her, but I categorically deny there was ever any abuse and I haven’t heard from the police." He added: "Dating Steph Pratt was a surreal experience for me anyway.Jonny, 26, categorically denies abusing the American reality star, and said she feels he "dodged a bullet" - because Steph, 31, talks about everyday life "like it's a TV show". I was very much not wearing the trousers in that situation so I wouldn’t have done anything to screw it up."I was really into her and I’m gutted this is how things have turned out," he added.
Following this, Steph said she had been exposed to his "secret double life" - though she refused to clarify why she'd needed to call the police during a row with her partner.
She hit back at fans after the break-up, writing: “None of you know what my life is like, none of you know that I am not speaking to my family, none of you know that I ended up calling the police last night because I was terrified so f**k all of you.” Previously Jonny - who claims to be earning £100,000 a week on foreign exchange trade deals - merely responded "that's life" when explaining his thoughts on the split.
In November he slammed reality stars as "desperate" and described the shows as "a disease" - before adding he liked being with Steph because he "had someone to go to events with".
“They were hanging out occasionally in September, but started seeing each other more frequently recently” Faris and Barrett were also seen on several dinner dates recently, stepping out twice in the span of two days at Modo Mio, an upscale Italian restaurant in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Pacific Palisades, according to E! The two were also seen enjoying lunch at Neptune’s Net in Malibu, California, last month, TMZ reports.
“It’s understandable that people seemed so invested in our happiness together,” Faris says of the public’s reaction to their split.
“All I can say about that is, it’s all true, that we truly adore each other, and we love each other, I think it still comes through.” Faris’ new book (out later this month) includes details of how the former couple fell in love making their movie Take Me Home Tonight, their spur-of-the-moment marriage in Bali and the birth of their son.
She used to talk about when we broke up rather than if.
"It’s a shame because I really liked her." Jonny, who was defended by ex Tyla Carr amid the split row, was accused of sleeping with two girls in Exeter in a tweet posted to Steph at the start of the month.
She said: ‘So upsetting the lengths people will go for attention, I don’t normally tweet about this stuff but @jonny Vmitchell is a good friend & can hand on heart say he is lovely and genuine.
The accusations made against him are not fair and untrue.
And darling I don’t need the attention this was a warning for future victims. why why why.’ In response to a concerned fan she added: ‘When I called the police I let him go & I knew I would never speak to that monster again and I never will.’ uk has contacted reps for Jonny for comment.
